About us...

Konstruction Dance Company Incorporation was founded in February 2015 by Brooklyn raised choreographer and Artistic Director Andre Bailey. 

The Company serves not only as a dance training center for the community but also as an outlet for those with prior interest in the art of dance. 

Konstruction Dance Company Competition Teams was establish to provide young dancers with intense training and competitive performing opportunities. After completing the Intensive Program, students that demonstrate both the talent and the desire to pursue dancing will be offered the chance to join our traveling competition dance teams.

In addition to performing, Konstruction Dance Company Incorporation is committed to community building and outreach.
