Andre Bailey, Founder/Director
 
Andre Bailey has been dancing since the age of 3 years old. He won many awards and scholarships in his 13 years of competing on various competition teams for multiple dance studios in Brooklyn, NY, and has utilize this training in furthering his dance career. Andre is trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and African. Andre worked as a work/study student in the scholarship program for Broadway Dance Center in Manhattan, NY in 2003 where he was led by the well known choreographer "Frank Hatchett". While training at BDC, Andre then graduated with his dance certificate while completing the scholarship program giving to him for winning a dance competition.
Mr. Andre Bailey has a Masters degree in Childhood Education, and also teaches 5th grade for the Department of Education. Mr. Bailey is also currently working on another degree in Special Education/Dual language. With Mr. Bailey's knowledge, experience, and talent his vision is to provide a great enviornment for students to enjoy and embrace their talents with something they love to do, and to gain confidence while performing and making classical experiences with there peers with the art of dance.
Rochine Jefferson,  NY Competition Team Coach
 
From a young age, Rochine enjoyed the art of dance. He actively participated in multiple dance shows and helped create some of the pieces that was performed. During his High School years, he involved himself in a local dance group specializing in Hip Hop. He then proceeded to join his Collegiate Hip Hop dance team known as FLAVA at the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Bronx, NY.
Mr. Rochine is a well verse choreographer, who choreographed multiple different productions for Konstruction Dance Company traveling competition teams winning various first place trophies, and working hard to keep the competition teams training with great choreography at all times. Mr. Rochine is a hard worker, who not only focuses on the art of dance, but is a master,  at being a visionary with bringing his vision through choreography on stage.
Andre Street, Ballet/Pointe/Modern/Vogue
 
André Street born in Jamaica Queens, New York, was raised to shine brighter than any star. Street graduated from Fiorello H. LaGuardia high school as a dance major in 2014. He later worked with artist such as Troy Powell, Desmond Richardson, and Kerri Edge; bettering his training. Street continued his dance studies at the University of the Arts,receiving his Bachelors In Fine Arts under the directorship of Donna Faye Burchfeild. Where he performed works by Wanye David, Jesse Zarrit, Roni Koresh, and Meridih Rainey. Street desires to open up his own studio as well as teach all over the world.
Jasmine Noir Warren, Heels
Jasmine Noir Warren has been dancing since age 3. She is technically trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary and Hip Hop. She is also a cultural dancer such as African, Afrobeats, Dancehall and Soca. Jasmine has attended London Contemporary dance school in England and Adelphi University where she recently received her BFA in 2016. Since then she has danced and worked with amazing talents such as Kat De luna, Rihanna, Sean Paul, Rotimi, Kerwin Dubois and Machel Montano NBA Brooklyn Nets Dancers and KnicksCity Dancers. Jasmine is currently a tour dancer for dancehall artist Hood Celebrityy, she also enjoys teaching arts to the youth and just hopes to continue doing what she loves. Jasmine is also apart of the Queens Council of the Arts Program as the dance director of “Save the Arts”. 
Samaisha Rodriguez, Int/Beg Hip Hop Instructor
Samaiaha Rodriguez a 19 year old hip hop dancer who's now trying to expand her dance career with different styles of dance, while developing into a Hip Hop Instructor. Trained and developed by director/founder Mr. Andre Bailey, she is now in her second year teaching, and enjoy's working with students and bringing out  student's personalities/energies while performing in class and on stage.  Samaisha also danced and performed with "Pershay's Dance Ministries also known as "PDM" where she praise dance at many different churches doing worship and celebrating dance.
Lynnelle Whichard, Adv.Hip Hop Instructor
 
Lynnelle Whichard is an artistic trailblazer. She has spearheaded many dance and fashion productions, choreographed for a variety of artists and performed for over 25 years. Some of her work has appeared on television, music videos and commercials. EOD ( Epitome of Diversity) is Lynnelle's current project for youth. She orchestrates dancing, modeling and acting for its members. Lynnelle is a firm believer that life is a ladder for success and the youth will learn, grow and prosper.
Ikima Wilson, Majorette/Jazz Instructor Level 1/2
Ikima Wilson is a junior at Alabama A&M University pursuing a Bachelor's in Social Work. She has 10+ years of experience in Dance. Over the years she trained in Ballet, Majorette, Contemporary and many more. 
Starting at just the age of 3 years old at a small dance studio called "Full of Energy School of Dance", and a student of your beloved director Mr. Andre Bailey, to becoming captain of Brooklyn Legion of Sound Marching Band directed by Gregory Gatewood in 2014-2015.
Ikima has performed for the NY Giants, Afro Punk, and Brooklyn Nets to parades, and grand openings. A few of her interests are of course dance, but children, and creativity. Ikima looks forward in working with Konstruction Dance Company again to bring her strengths and talents to teach students the fundamentals of dance with great training.
Alicia Haisley-Evans, President/Secretary
 
Alicia Haisley-Evans has been with Konstruction Dance Company for the past 16 years. She started off with her oldest daughter being on Mr.Andre's very first Competition team. She now has her younger daughter on the competition team, and is also a veteran dancer/assistant Co-Captain for the team.
 
Ms. Alicia is our number one supporter, and handles all of our wonderful parents, staff, and dancers to make sure the company policies are ran smoothly and we truly appreciate her. She is like a mom to the company, and always answer questions/answers needed for the company.  
Jazmyne Harris, Konstruction Dance Company N.C.
 North Carolina Head Coach 
Jazmyne first began her dance training at the age of three at a local dance studio located in Brooklyn, NY called "Sharon's Dance Theatre". During her training Jazmyn performed in multiple competitions in the tri-state area, winning consecutive awards and medals. While pursing her dance training Jazmyn also has experience in the genre Majorette where she then began to train under the directorship of Gregory Gatewood with his organization/team called "Goldenettes" where she then performed in numerous competitions/performances. 
 
 
Jazmyne strengths and focuses are in Jazz, and African. She utilizes her creativity from her experiences and applying them with teaching young adults the techniques, and fundamentals in Jazz.
Jazmyne is now taking on a new leadership role, as she is now the Head Coach of our new established team in Charlotte, North Carolina called Konstruction Dance Company N.C. She is now the lead choreographer for the competition teams in North Carolina. As an experience instructor under the divison of Mr. Andre, Jazmyne will now take what she learn and utilize that with the new team and her new endeavors, as she now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
